Survey Focuses on Two Generations of Buyers
I read an article recently which was a summary of a Survey taken of two groups of individuals regarding their Buying Preferences and Regional Differences.The two groups were the Baby Boomers born between 1946 and 1965 and their children ( the Milleniums) born between the years of 1972 and 1992. The results were very interesting.
Although, the criteria is still Location Location Location, today more than ever before the buyers surveyed are concentrating on Lifestyle Choices to pick their locations. This is why Chatham-Kent

The Boomers are often downsizing, retiring or finding themselves to be empty nesters and are looking for alternate living choices. They want affordablility, a criteria that many recent articles have reported. They do not, however, want to be in a community which is isolated or devoid of activities. They may be cutting back but they are far from ready to sit home and let life pass them by.
