As we approach Thanksgiving, the Holidays, the end of 2013 and ringing in 2014, we reflect on all we are grateful for…….
It’s been an amazing year! Our community continues to enjoy an extremely healthy real estate market. With little available inventory of homes, and a flood of homebuyers on the market, buyers were often being forced to take what they can get at higher prices than are typical in a market with fewer available homes. Often our experience this year was as soon as we listed a home, we received multiple offers on it!
In addition to keeping up with the pace of the real estate market, we are so thankful to be able to give back to a community that has been so good to us! In April, Michelle Garza represented The Kennedy Team for Keller Williams and participated in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. In August, we hosted our 3rd Annual Client Appreciation Pool Party at Lakeside Pool in Alden Bridge and donated powdered baby formula to Montgomery County Emergency Assistance. The Kennedy Team was also honored to be a Gold Level Sponsor at the Social Skills Playhouse Fun Run this month.
Hence, The Kennedy Team’s business has increased dramatically, and in order to continue to provide our clients with the outstanding service on which we pride ourselves, Teresa knew it was time to add another Buyer Specialist to the team. Finding the perfect fit for the team was not easy! However, our prayers were answered when Ann Dee Brahms came on board in September.
The Kennedy Team is truly thankful for our past and present client’s loyalty and for trusting us with the real estate needs of your friends and family. Referrals are the heart of our business and it’s because of you that we continue to grow!
