The North Fork Children's Christmas Party is Almost Here Delta County, CO. This is an event for fun, but it's designed to give to those in need. This year the need is greater than ever.
The party will take place at Memorial Hall in Hotchkiss. It's on December 16th, 2013. It starts at 11AM and goes until 1:30PM. There will be different booths all designed with kid fun in mind. Face painting, cookie decorating, crafts, balloons, games, clowns and Christmas Stories from Ms Claus herself.
Then Santa will stop by for a visit with a bag full of goodies for the kids. Gifts will include winter clothing, socks, hats, gloves and books and other items that kids need everyday. Gift certificates will be handed out to children over ten years old.
You can sponsor a child. The cost is $50.00. All of the Northfork Banks are accepting donations. Applications for this party go out through the school system. Eligible families are identified and asked to participate.
There is a community gift wrapping party for this event. It's also at Memorial Hall. It's on November 30th and starts at 8:30AM. This is a great way to donate as well. This is the 22nd year for this event.
