Many Realtors have their own reasons for being in the real estate industry. Although it can be a very financially rewarding career, one of the greatest joys that I receive is by helping people.
This can be achieved by helping in various ways. Some people have credit issues and need guidance on achieving the financing for their new home. Some people need help choosing an area or location to call home. (due to real estate regulations, this part can be tricky) Some need help choosing the type of home that suits their needs. Some buyers need help with locating down payment assistance. The list goes on and on...
My reward is seeing the huge smiles on their faces when they are finally handed the keys to their new home!
