I love to write about how Ohio housing continues to improve. With comparison to last year October 2012 to 2013 October home sales increased by 8%. The economist say this is a modest increase, but I think any Realtor, builder and home owner will take an 8% increase. Considering just two years ago we saw a lot of negative growth. Also I hope our government can stop mentally in our real estate industry for the time being so that we can enjoy the positive growth. .More link to stats...
