Are the Eyes of Home Buyers and Sellers Wide Open?

By
Real Estate Agent with Liberty Homes RS-#62825

Do you know what you need to know?

As a Mililani/Central Oahu Real Estate Agent, I want to give my Home Sellers and Home Buyers SOUND advice. This means that I give my expert opinions and service in residential real estate transactions. It also means that I will protect your personal history and information that in no way pertain to the transaction.

Below are a few things that my clients need to know:

I  do NOT tell you what you want to hear.  Instead, I give my expert opinion on the real estate market, real estate contracts and laws. I also know my area of expertise and will let you know a lot about the neighborhoods. This agent IS a seasoned agent in the Real Estate Industry as well as your local area expert!

As a home seller you want to know if the buyer is qualified. Some buyer agents write a cover letter divulging the buyer’s personal history.  What my home seller’s need to know is --THE BUYER IS QUALIFIED to buy their home!  I will ensure a preapproval letter and contact the lender to get further information on the buyer’s credit worthiness.

As a home buyer you need to know that you are putting in an offer that is reasonable. I will give you comps on other sold homes in the area around the same year, sq/ft interior and land and condition. We need to be aware if the property will appraise at our offer price. We will write an offer together with eyes wide open.

I do NOT give out personal information about my clients.  I do not tell anyone about my client’s personal history (divorce, what they bought for their wife, why they are moving, reason for selling etc.) It does not pertain to any real estate transaction. Your privacy is protected with me and unless you authorize me to, my lips are zipped!

Your personal life does not have anything to do with why you are selling.

You NEED a seasoned VA transaction real estate agent. Moving across the Pacific Ocean is a totally different relocation for military and their family members. I too know what it’s like because I did the same thing coming from a long line of being a family member (my dad, ex husband, son and son in law) and relocating many times. Now, your home sale needs are in the hands of an experienced real estate agent for Hawaii Military Relocation Clients, Government job transferees and residents of Oahu.

….and when it’s time to sell your Hawaii Home….I will be there for you as well!

More than 87% of Home Buyers AND Home Sellers are looking online for a good real estate agent. With over 10 years of residential sales I have always represented Home Buyers OR Home Sellers.  I will list, market, walk you through the negotiation process and sell your home. OR I will represent you in showings, comps, writing your offers, negotiate and walk you through the home buying process step by step.

Island Paradise Homes for sale…and homes to sell.

Your eyes need to be wide open when making …

….One of the most important decisions in your life.

Sally, I am often amazed at what agents divulge about their clients ... and it has nothing to do with the real estate transaction.  I like that your lips are zipped.  I am sure your clients appreciate that as well.

HA!  When I preview a home that I know meets my buyer/client's needs and I believe they will like it, I always touch base with the listing agent to have a friendly chat.

You'd be amazed at some of the facts about the seller's reason for selling and other matter they divulge.

We owe it to our clients not to divulge personal information that could weaken our clients' negotiation position in a transaction. We need to serve as gatekeepers. Nice post!
