What if "the" home never comes available?

Many buyers set out looking for a perfect home. One they can move straight into and make their own, kind of like not moving. That begs the question of why they're moving in the first place. When defining needs for a new home, buyers should consider what they love about their current living conditions.
The difficulty begins when seeking perfection. Dwellings, houses, and other structures we call home are human made and therefore imperfect - until we fill them and make them perfect for us.
You've probably heard of drawing up a list of pros and cons about a situation. Consider drawing up a list of pros and pros, both being positive. Do this for both the home you're in now and the one you'd like to have. Take the time to really ponder the wonderful points and don't stray to the negative.
Often times focusing only on the positive aspects of a situation helps us zero in on what we truly love the most. Those items should form the priority list and it becomes more clear what you're actually looking for.
As you go to see homes, keep those priorities in mind and your home selection will become more clear. Enjoy your time looking at all the magnificent touches in houses that people have made their home. At one time it was perfect for them too.
As always, let's foresee the possibilities . . . and get results!
