The New Jersey Skinny for the 3rd Quarter of 2013
Thanks to the New Jersey Association of Realtors, we have an amazing quarterly report about the state of real estate in New Jersey.
According to the "New Jersey Skinny," the median sales price was up 7% from last year. The number of closed transactions was up as well.
While inventory has been low, more Sellers are coming back into the market, as they are feeling more confident with the rising prices.
However, because the inventory has still been low, serious Buyers need to be ready. Multiple offers are continuing on homes that are priced properly.
All in all, the overall news is good for around the state.
