Two times I was asked today about home prices in Morgan Hill; more specifically those in the range of $950,000 to $1,000,000.
With MLS Listings (our local multiple listing service) inquiry, six homes were located currently available for sale. Those are as follows:

Now, if you've driven around Morgan Hill lately you've noticed much new construction. It seems as though new homes are sprouting out of the ground faster than you can turn around.
Some buyers prefer new construction while others prefer one that's been lived in a while to work all the kinks out - so to speak. New construction generally includes some frustrations upon move in before you can really enjoy them to their fullest.
The internet is a wonderful research tool and frequently used first and more often than direct contact with a professional. Sometimes this research can increase your e-mail and phone calls by requesting more information. That simple and seemingly innocent request can register you as an interested client.
Many new developments are not in our MLS and require registration before you are given specific details. If you absolutely want to make sure you're buying the right home for you, doesn't it make the most sense to consider all your options?
One development representative was telling me today they need one additional buyer before releasing the next build. Their price points range from the mid $600-thousand range to the high $900-thousand range. I've toured their models and can give you the information to help you decide if they're right for you.

Talk to your local Realtor and they will show you all the homes available in your criteria. We represent the client and no one else.
As always, let's foresee the possibilities . . . and get results!
