Rowhomes in this lovely DC neighborhood are at a premium due to the leanient zoning on many streets that allow the conversion of single family victorian and federal row homes into multi-unit condo buildings. Though this does fill a serious need for housing for the young professional crowd, we are loosing what some consider to be the charm of the neighborhood.
