- Prices will either be lower or more flexible.
- Interest rates could be as low as they will be once there is a much higher demand for homes.
- A Holiday Transaction could be much more pleasant as people are in a festive mood.
Selling a home during the holidays is also quite beneficial as well.
- Anyone looking at your home is most likely quite serious.
- Most Sellers will be buying a home as well. Having your home sold offers all of the benefit of a buyer as well.
