Boomers Flock to Venice, FL! Its Not Some Sleepy Retirement Village!

Looking for a great place to retire? Maybe some sleepy hollow where you can fade into obscurity? Then steer clear of Venice, FL! What our buyers and sellers tell us to tell other Baby Boomers is, "Boomers flock to Venice, FL. It's not some sleepy retirement village." Venice is a fun place to live and a terrific place to invest in real estate.

What is there to do in Venice, FL

When you move to Venice, FL you'll be close to many beaches and the warm water from the Gulf of Mexico. The beaches in and near to Venice include; Venice Municipal Beach, Casperson Beach, Brohard Paw Park, and Nokomis Beach.

Venice is a community that includes golf, sailing, yacht clubs, marine life, biking trails, tennis. There are art shows, galleries and theaters as well as downtown shopping and dining on Main St. Throughout the year you'll also enjoy block parties, festivals and entertainment of all kinds (the list is endless). Making New Friends

One of the best things about Venice is that because most people are relocating from some other part of the world, everyone has a happy attitude and a similar story about getting out of the cold. Most people that move here are adventurous as demonstrated by their willingness to relocate. That typically translates into a friendly good natured group of people. It's easy to make new friends in Venice.

Venice as a Real Estate Investment

Venice is a terrific place to invest, and according to a RealtyTrac article from July 4, 2013 entitled, "Realtytrak Ranks Top 15 Retirement Hotspots for Real Estate Investing, Provides Tips on Buying with IRAs", Venice took high marks! In the article Venice, FL placed in the top 10 out of 40 cities in the nation for real estate investing! As I said, "Boomers flock to Venice, FL. It's not some sleepy retirement village!"
