Mukilteo Condos Real Estate Inventory
One gauge that we use is called "Months of Inventory" which is a term we use that captures the absorption rate in the market. That is, what is the amount of time it would take to sell all current listings at the current sales pace if no new listings became available?
In 2011 Mukilteo Condo inventory was on a upswing to a high of 11 months of inventory in the start of the year which was advantageous to buyers.
As of September 2013 the real estate market for condos in Mukilteo, Washington has changed significantly. It is now three months of inventory which is advantageous to sellers.
Notice in this graph above that there are time periods when there were no condos for sale on the market.
