Article about ActiveRain on Inman News

Real Estate Technology with ActiveRain

Inman real estate newsInman News just published an article today on the ActiveRain Real Estate Network titled, "Real estate network elevates 'Net profiles".  It's a pretty good article and Matt Carter of Inman news interviewed quite a few members of this network in writing it.  In fact the article references several of these members and in particular a few of their blog posts.  Considering that the Inman News network claims to get about 650k unique visitors each month, this should result in some nice exposure for the network.

I've done several other interviews recently so we should see a number of additional articles from other sources over the next few weeks.  I wanted to thank everyone who participated in providing information to Matt Carter.  More exposure for this network just means more exposure for our members in the online world.

I have to thank a Point2Agent member who posted this website on the Point2Agent website.  I checked it out and have been blogging, and more importantly, learning ever since!  Thankyou Matt for creating this great educational tool.  I have definitely shared this great website with my fellow colleagues, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals.

Great article...  My question is, is it true that we are now down to getting points for only 2 blogs a day?  That's what the article said... I thought with the change in the blogging rules, that it went from 3 posts to unlimited.

I say effective marketing is all about "breaking thru the noise" well Matt, Matt's article on Inman should help Active Rain considerbly.

In marketing every "drop" helps... hope you soon need an umbrella!

Hmmm... come to think of it, THAT is just what you are doing for all of us here on Active Rain.

Congrats and Thanks!

I started at P2. and as soon as I set up my AR profile I placed a link on my P2 home page.  Once I get used to the format here I will be a bit more active.  I'm still trying to figure out the basics.

Regarding all the attention and growth, I can only say some folks here have been working very hard.  CONGRATULATIONS and THANK YOU.
