I try to be optimistic but i was worried too. If not for a great escrow officer, excellent skills of a trained investigator and the great sellers who worked their butts off to find the documents we would not have closed. We were a good team.

I worked harder on this deal than I typically do on a short sale. I always feel so happy for the clients when it is closed. And all my clients are special but these were even extra special. I was glad to breath a sign of relief and I think my escrow officer was glad too.

Surprising how people change for money. I guess I should have told one of my naked man in the shower stories but I thought this was more amazing.
Whew, that had me worried that it wasn't going to make it. That deal had many roadblocks and if you hadn't been on top of it it wouldn't have closed.
