The median sales price for homes in Coopersburg PA for August 13 to November 13 was $244,000. This represents an increase of 6.1%, or $14,000, compared to the prior quarter and an increase of 7.5% compared to the prior year.

Sales prices have depreciated 0.2% over the last 5 years in Coopersburg. The average listing price for Coopersburg homes for sale was $381,500 for the week ending November 20, which represents a decline of 1.8%, or $7,009, compared to the prior week and a decline of 3.2%, or $12,485, compared to the week ending October 30.
