Gilroy, Morgan Hill and San Martin produced 13 more home listings the last week of November 2013!
One year ago 141 homes were for sale in this area according to the MLS and shown in the Trendgraphix data I shared on 10 November 2013. The MLS shows there are 200 currently available including two which listed earlier today.

There are advantages to both listing your home for sale and buying during the cooler months. With fewer buyers and less homes for sale, we see a more "balanced" real estate market. This generally results in serious offers without the fever pitch of a spring/early summer market.
Interest rates continue to be below what we've seen in the past but are rising from the record lows of just a few months ago. As these continue to increase, many buyers qualify for less in a financing situation.
The decision is yours to make and not one to be taken lightly. Real estate is a substantial investment of time and money requiring you - the consumer - to be well represented. Don't rely on a computer generated suggestion without carefully considering the trust you will need to place in your agent.
