Try Zumba Free in Clayton Missouri
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends high-energy Latin beats with contagious steps to form a "fitness-party" that keeps you excited, moving and unaware that you are burning so many calories! If you would like to try Zumba but are nervous because you don't know the steps, Clayton is hosting an Introductory Class on Saturday January 4 at 9:30am. This class will be 25 minutes long and take place right before our regular Saturday 10:00am class. If you don't know the difference between a salsa and a tango, then this class is for you! Only the first 24 to arrive can participate, so be sure to show up early!
