Love your post! We list homes for a "flipper" but she's a widow in her 70's. Right now, John is staining a new fireplace mantel to put in her latest flip. On the Friday after Thanksgiving, I was cleaning and oiling all the cabinets in the home while John painted the garage floor. Other agents are amazed at the work we do for free for our widow client, but that's how we treat all of our clients when they need our help.
