The median sales price for homes in Feasterville PA for August 13 to November 13 was $235,000. This represents a decline of 9.6%, or $24,900, compared to the prior quarter and a decrease of 5.4% compared to the prior year.

Sales prices have appreciated 0% over the last 5 years in Feasterville. The average listing price for Feastervile homes for sale was $261,988 for the week ending November 20, which represents a decline of 4.2%, or $11,588, compared to the prior week and a decline of 2.7%, or $7,253, compared to the week ending October 30.

Average price per square foot for Feasterville PA was $156, an increase of 7.6% compared to the same period last year.

  • The national median existing-home price for all housing types was has seen the strongest year-over-year price gain since October 2005 and marks 18 consecutive months of year-over-year price increases.

 

  • Distressed homes – foreclosures and short sales – accounted for 12 percent of August sales, down 15 percent in July, and is the lowest since monthly tracking began in October 2008.
