The pictures in my post were taken by while I was recently showing homes inside this gated community.

There are also picturesque walking trails and park benches strategically placed throughout This gated community.
The Oasis homeowners association offers a lot to do and includes a 22,000 sq. ft. clubhouse that has a ballroom, fitness center, library, billiards room. Many home buyers contact me about active 55+ communities in Temecula however, there are not any and the closest one is the Four Seasons in Murrieta, located just along the Temecula border.
The Colony is another gated 55+ community that is surrounded by a golf course and is located off of California Oaks Road exit off of Interstate 15. There are many golf course homes in Temecula but they are not 55+ communities, still there are many seniors who like these communities as well.
Hospitals near The Oasis can be found in this link.
The one reason that many homeowners like living in communities like this in Riverside County is that the communities are spacious and the HOA fees are very reasonable for what is offered.
Of the 55+ active communities, in the area are; The Four Seasons, The Oasis, The Colony, Palm Villa are the largest but there are many other smaller senior communities in the area. Those I have mentioned are popular because they are newer communities so there is very usually very little differed maintenance when purchasing a home in one of these communities.
Here's a couple of more links with information about Murrieta homes near Menifee.
