Median for Sale vs Median Sold in Beverly Hills, Endre Barath

 

Hard to comprehend many of my readers were asking OK, Endre the Sales days are donw by 5% so what is the Median Sold Price in Beverly Hills for the same time period? Needless to say I figured I better do the figures. Interestingly I suspected the numbers were up but it is hard to belive that the median SOLD is up by 41%. Anyway go see for your self.

Hi Endre -- it's always interesting to see the different trends in each of our areas -- I'm sure many reading your posts outside of this area, are astounded by the prices of Beverly Hills real estate.   It's definitely not the highest priced area in Los Angeles County.

Laura, it is quit large jump, there are other micro pockets that actually had a 68% jump...

True Michael, there is Brentwood, Bel Air, & Malibu just to name a few....

Wayne I would not consider it a bubble since prices have dropped a great deal  when the Market Crashed almost too low and now the price point is finding its way back where it should have been originally.
