Bad, Bad Photos...

By
Real Estate Agent with Taylor Properties 500436

I was checking our MLS for some listings for a buyer and came across this little ditty.

Nuclear Bomb or Just Bad Photo

I honestly don't know why a listing agent would market a property like this. It's such a dis-service to his seller. If you can get past not being able to see the room, you surely are asking yourself what the heck is going on outside that window on the left. Did someone just drop a nuclear bomb? Buy a decent digital camera for petesake!

Marci, I just can't figure out how the listing agent could ever think this photo was a benefit to his marketing efforts.

Makes your skin crawl - doesn't it?

I didn't see any strange pics this morning - but I came across a beauty with 5 Half-Bathrooms that's priced 120k higher than the 7 comps I found!

Who knew a 1/2 bathroom could cost so much?!??!

It looks almost like the photo was taken using a camera phone.  I bet the realtor showed up and realized that the camera did not make it in the car.  Instead of coming out again to take good photos, just snapped off a few using the good old camera phone.

Too funny!  Yes, there are some unbelievably bad photos out there.  I think it's worse than having none at all.  I like the "someone dropped a nuclear bomb" analogy--very funny!

Amazing how some agents just don't get that photos are soooo important.  i just don't get it... selling is their livelyhood and they don't know how to sell.
