Hi Bob, your area sounds like it is so beautiful and the pictures really are amazing. I also enjoy reading your blogs and taking a mental vacation to a peaceful area. Thanks for sharing!
Nice job sharing about Oneida County. Sound like the kind of area that would be easy for me to call home.
Superior beauty, ample wildlife, and great forestland.
Bob your photos certainly support the fact that Oneida County would be a great place to vist!!!
Bob-Looks like a pretty pristine area there in Oneida County. Great description of the area.
Bob,
I love forests, like Gayle hunting is not our thing...I have fond memories of roaming in forests in France, and the joy one feels from being surrounded by trees. A

Bob, (except for the hunting part) you are a man after my own heart! I LOVE reading your blogs, because you speak to that huge part of me that lives for wildlife, quiet forests and escaping all that is urban. I have the treat of getting similar photos, but they never get old! We have cougar and coyotes and bear and elk in our woods, but I've not seen a cougar or bear. Just drove home at dusk and saw a HUGE herd of elk literally a pasture away from my horse who is boarded on a farm 3 miles down the road. It's going to be bitterly cold here for a short while, starting tonite. I hope all of God's creatures find refuge.
