This past weekend, Blackcomb opened up giving us two full mountains to choose from. Conditions remain a bit on the sketchy side as it's still early season but it looks like we've got some colder weather in the alpine forecast for Whistler. I haven't been up the mountain yet but will likely head up with my boys next weekend if we get any snow this week at all. I usually don't dust off the boards until the first or second week of December unless it's exceptional early season conditions.

Notable New Listings
- I just listed a 3 bedroom/2 bath condo at #26 The Gables right at the base of Whistler & Blackcomb. This is one of the best locations in all of Whistler since it's just a 5 minute walk to either the base of Blackcomb (across the street) or the base of Whistler. Offered at $849,000
- We just listed 2 deluxe studio suites in the Holiday Inn Sunspree. One is slightly larger than the other so they're priced at $63,000 and $65,000 respectively. Keep in mind that these are Phase 2 suites allowing owner use of 56 days per year with revenue potential while you're not using it.
- 3345 Nighthawk Lane just came on the market at $2,000,000. This is an incredible location perched overlooking the Whistler Golf Course in Blueberry Hill and a big house at 3,450 sq. ft.. Quite a find for the money!
The active listing inventory in the combined Whistler and Pemberton area currently sits at 651 active listings which is down by a whopping 46 listings from 2 weeks ago. Listing inventory is at it's lowest point since 2007.
