Market Report Homes for Sale in Redhawk, Temecula 12-2013
The numbers are in for our market report of homes for sale; this market includes listings that are Active, Pending and Sold in the prior month - November 2013 - in Temecula's Redhawk neighborhood, south of Temecula Parkway and west of Vail Ranch. With more than twice as many homes for sale as pending or sold in the last month, it appears that the market has made a shift toward buyers.
Of course, it will depend on the list price of a home: buyers who missed out during the frenzy this past summer (when some homes received 20 and more offers from buyers) are still watching and sellers could still get multiple offers if priced right.
