The colonial style of home is very popular. Ranch homes where you do all your living in one level and two story homes are also popular with growing families. Many residents are 2nd home/vacation owners. They come down here during the winter months to enjoy the sunshine and to get away from the harsh winters up north. Even our Canadian friends love it here.
