The real estate markets in California, as with most of the country, has changed dramatically since the housing crash in 2007, 2008 and beyond. We've seen record low price drops, and we've seen record pacing price increases lately! In fact, short sales are fading fast just because many homes are worth what their homeowners actually paid! Shocking!

2014 is right around the corner and many in the real estate industry believe the new year will bring rise to the true housing recovery! Yes, many home values have shot up already, but I believe, like many do, that the best is yet to come?
