Celebrate the season at Bethesda's Winter Wonderland from 1 to 4 p.m. in Veterans Park, located at the corner of Woodmont and Norfolk Avenues. Blocks of ice will be transformed into wintery works of art before your eyes during the live ice sculpting presentation followed by choral performances from local school groups. Santa Claus will make a visit to the park that afternoon, and holiday treats will be provided to children. Performing groups include:
- Academy of the Holy Cross
- Garrett Park Elementary School
- Norwood Middle School
- Our Lady of Lourdes
- Rockville High School
- Seneca Valley High School
- Westbrook Elementary
