Nearly eight months ago, the Nashville Business Journal reported that Smyrna would be seeing development along Sam Ridley Parkway in the form of a new shopping center built by Business Condos USA. The Journal reported that construction would begin in five months, with a nine-month construction period. That would make the Business Condos USA construction wrapping up in August of this year. We're watching for this development to take shape, but no doubt recent weather issues may have slowed construction timeframes.
