What is Homes for Heroes?
Homes for Heroes is program that allows all sorts of business to give discounts to heroes. In real estate, the program allows for The Blue Sky Home Group to give 25% of their commission on a closed house directly back to the hero who bought or sold the home. In fact, the team will give you a giant check the day of your closing! The Blue Sky Home Group will also give an additional 5% of their commission back to Homes for Heroes to help keep the program running. After closing, the team will give the hero a Homes for Heroes membership card to take to several of their affiliate business to receive discounted services.
Who are Heroes?
Heroes include educators, medical care providers, first responders, military veterans and active military.
The Blue Sky Home Group simply wanted to find a way to show their appreciation to all the heroes in the community. These people make a profound difference each day by just going to work, The Blue Sky Home Group is excited to be giving back to them.
