Lori - use a lot of signs, post it on as many free Internet sites as you can like :  craigslist and any that maybe available in your area.  Have a sign in sheet for visitors and then send thank you notes the next day.  Wow, there's just so many different things you can do, you'll learn what works for you as you do more.
