So what do the stats indicate about Mason Ohio condo sales?
In a word: SHRINKING. Fewer condos for sale, fewer condos SOLD, and fewer condos PENDING (under contract). Average and Median sales prices also shrunk, but only SLIGHTLY. No really top end condo sales this month, so the slight decrease in sales prices is to be expected. Three condos sold for less than $100k and only one above $200k. Yet with all these mentions of shrinkage (can't type that word without a nod to George Costanza), the Mason condo market is NOT bad! It's actually pretty stable for this time of year. Median price and quantity of Mason condos sold is actually within the range of the past months AND past Novembers.
The time on market decreased a bit (good) AND sellers got slightly more of their asking price (also a positive).
So what does this mean to you as a Mason Ohio condo owner? We're experiencing the typical cold month slowdown in condo sales. SOME condos will sell, just not as many as the summer months.
