I'm Back! - Your favorite Mortgage Loan Originator is Back!

I am pleased to announce that I have made a career shift (from traditional real estate) back to mortgages! As most of you know, I was a mortgage broker for 17 years prior to the market decline in 2007. The mortgage industry quickly became a sinking ship, and moving to short sales (a form of reverse underwriting; why does the Borrower NOT qualify for their loan) was the best solution. We helped over 400 families avoid foreclosure and made many new Realtor friends.



Mortgage loans were my professional passion, and I am very excited to have aligned with First Choice Bank (Carlsbad branch). I have my NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry) which means I can help borrowers secure loans in all 50 states. Our underwriting, processing and funds (nearly $1 billion) are held in-house, which means that I have full control over every loan file and am a phone call away from every decision-maker in the process.
