Hampton Village Estates City of Central Market Update for December 2013. Hampton Village Estates is located within City of Central, just northeast of Baton Rouge Real Estate and near Greenwell Springs Louisiana. 



Hampton Village Estates was developed in approximately 2003 with home sizes from 1,860sf up to 5,018 square foot living area.  Homes are French and Acadian design and range from Custom Built to DR Horton homes.  There is a row of mini-mansions along Joor Road that line the front of subdivision.

There are ample vacant lots available for sale within development. 

Since January 1, 2012, there's only been 3 home sales from $270,000, $274,000 and $298,000 or $84/sf, $114/sf most recent sale and $125/sf.  The $270,000 $84/sf sale was an REO or foreclosure.
