PGA West: Offering six golf courses, three public and three private, and covering approximately 1200 acres, PGA West is the largest golf course community in La Quinta. Home price ranges run from approximately $150,000 to approximately $3,000,000. Membership is $40,000 and monthly dues are $1145 per month. Total home numbers are approximately 2950.
The Hideaway: Known as "the social club", home prices range from approximately $1,000,000 approximately $7,000,000. Golf membership is $150,000 with monthly dues of $1650. There are approximately 250 homes.
The Citrus: An affiliate development of the La Quinta Resort and Spa, price ranges are approximately $500,000 to approximately $3,000,000. Golf membership is $30,000 and monthly dues are $1040. Total number of homes is approximately 520.
The Tradition: Arnold Palmer's signature community, offers custom homes from approximately $1,500,000 to approximately $5,000,000. Golf membership is $95,000 and monthly dues are $1950. There are approximately 215 homes at the Tradition.

Mountain View country club: A newer Toll Brothers community, with homes priced from approximately $400,000 to approximately $1,700,000. Golf membership is $75,000 and monthly dues are $930. There are approximately 430 homes total.
Andalusia: New homes are still being built, and price ranges are approximately $950,000 to approximately $3,000,000. Golf membership is $35,000 and monthly dues are $1080. There are approximately 160 homes total.
The Quarry: Homes begin at approximately $800,000 and range to approximately $4,000,000. Golf membership is $60,000 with monthly dues of $1600. There are approximately 42 homes total.
