The THDA PRICE LIMIT for New & Existing Homes is $275,000.
 
 
 
VETERANS who will be Owner Occupants can buy a home with 100% Financing up to $417,000 (VA Loan) and can get a THDA Loan (any type) with the "first time homebuyer" requirement WAIVED. The VA Funding Fee (usually financed) typically ranges from 1.25% to 3.15%
