FHA Loan Limits Set To Change On January 1st, 2014

HUD just released updated loan limits for 2014. Most Counties will see a drop in the limit for HUD Insured Mortgages.

The change is effective for all case numbers ordered on or after January 1, 2014. In El Paso County the loan limit will drop from $325,000.00 to $271,050.00.

If you have a Client looking in the higher price category please make sure you have them under contract by the end of the year.
