Great Views and Plenty of Space
One of the more popular condominium complexes in Pompano Beach is the Renaissance. There are three buildings, each with a separate association. Renaissance I & II are beachfront buildings located at 1360 and 1370 S. Ocean Blvd. respectively. Renaissance III is located on the west side of S. Ocean Blvd. (A1A). It overlooks the Spanish River canal that connects to the Intracoastal Waterway and it's address is 1361 S. Ocean Blvd.
Renaissance I & II are both 28 story highrise buildings built between 1974 and 1977. They each have approximately 200 units a piece. Renaissance is great for those looking for a little extra space. Two bedroom unit can be as large as 1600, which is about 20% larger than an average area condo. Washers and dryers can be found in the unit. They have had recent renovations to the exterior and common area that include impact resistant glass. They share a tennis court between the two buildings. Other amenities include

Pets are not allowed and leasing is allowed after one year of ownership.
Renaissance III is a bit different from it's oceanfront counterparts. It is a 10 story building with just 93 units and it was built in 1981. Two bedroom unit average 1500 square feet of living area. Dockage is even available for boaters. Pets are allowed and renting is also allowed after one year of ownership. All three buildings have 24 hour security. Recent sales have ranged from about $200,000 to just over $500,000.
