 What’s the Area Like?

The homes you would expect to find for sale in Clinton, town homes and single family homes.  According to the Census Bureau, the homes in Clinton range in age with most having been originally built between 1960 and 2000.  It is not uncommon for an older home to have gone through a renovation once or twice.  Some of the smaller homes offer two bedrooms but generally homes in Clinton, average between three and four bedrooms.  Lot sizes vary in Clinton depending on what neighborhood and what type of home you own.

It is home to locally owned and operated markets like BK Millers and Millers Farms who have served the Clinton community since 1913 and 1840 respectively.  Clinton is rich in American history with affiliations to the Lincoln assassination, architectural designs at the “Wyoming House” and several famous people including Maryland State Senate President Thomas V. “Mike” Miller and Brian Westbrook to name a few.  Andrews Air Force Base is also located here and you can be in Washington, DC in less than 15 minutes.
