Joyce, San Martin is unlike any other market in our area.  One can literally live between a 1 bedroom home and a multi-million dollar one.  Thank you for stopping by and commenting.

 

Debbie, Thank you for stopping by to comment.  When buying in San Martin you will more than likely have a good sized parcel of land to take care of.  We do have a few smaller lots, but they don't come onto the market very often.  Trending is a little different for this neighborhood so current, accurate information is a must.
