"I listen for a living." It's all about you.

Scituate is such a nice community with not so much turnover. I would love to see this months report as compared to the year rather than last months since with few sales it can vary so much. Thanks for the report, it is informative

Yes, I agree with you Larry. Creating a rolling 12-month report would be quite a bit more effort than I have time for on a monthly basis. Certainly as my client, you would get that detailed information. You will also be able to see a compilation that approximates what you are suggesting after year-end 2013.

Also, for a town with a population of less than 20,000, and fewer than 7,000 households, "turnover" of 10-20 houses a month is about as much as you are going to get in a community like Scituate. The numbers do speak to a certain conservative, traditional citizenry, and are an indication of the flavor of the town, its institutions and its people.

While each individual report on the towns on the South Shore have their limitations, partly from the small size of the towns themselves and partly from space and time limits, reading several months of my reports on a single town, or all of my reports in a single month, will give you a pretty good handle on the state of the market on the South Shore at any given time.

Thanks for your input. Your considerations are my considerations as well.
