November 2013 sales were at a mid level compared to November of 2012 and 2011. November YTD sales of 812 are running -0.9% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 819.

The Median Sales Price in November of North Scottsdale Homes was $679,500, up 29.3% from $525,500 in November of 2012 and down -7.4% from $734,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in November was $745,389, up 1.2% from $736,602 in November of 2012 and down -33.9% from $1,127,533 last month. November 2013 ASP was at highest level compared to November of 2012 and 2011.
