Litchfield Park Sales for the week prior to February 7, 2007
The previous week saw 2 homes close escrow as the month ended in Litchfield Park. Average home sale price was $327,500 while the average asking was $332,500. Average days on the market were 94 with several homes expiring from the MLS.
The average square footage for all these homes was 1,899. That comes in at just over $172 per square foot. Of course these figures will vary depending on actual square footage, condition of the home and property and location location, location!
