One of the news stories today tell about a clever young man wanting to surprise his heart throb with a wedding proposal and a $12,000 ring. He placed the ring in a helium balloon expecting the to pop the balloon at the same time he pops the question.
Up Up and Away, he chased the balloon for several blocks after which he gave up and watched his $12,000 float a way into the wild blue.
