Wowee! A great price reduction for a great Palm Desert Condo
We've been struggling to sell a condo in Palm Desert, specifically in the Mountain Villas Community. This sale is a short sale, and is a great condo at a great price, but the short sale terms specify that the purchase must be owner-occupied.
Unfortunately this cuts out many investor buyers, tying our hands for marketing the property to the fullest. But we did receive a reprieve for the condo. The short sale lender just authorized us to drop the price considerably to $139,900! This is a very competitive price!
