Telemarketing Calls

By
Real Estate Agent

I am sure most of you have known or heard about the federal government's National Do Not Call Registry, where you can register your phone number(s) to stop or reduce telemarketing calls on your home or personal phone lines.

If you are experiencing high volume of telemarketing calls and want to get rid of most of them, register your phone number at www.donotcall.gov or call (800) 382-1222. Most telemarketers should not call your number once it has been on the registry list for 31 days or they can be reported--the penalty is pretty steep for them. Please keep in mind that some organizations such as charities, political organizations, and telephone surveyor may still call you. Debt collector may also continue to call you whether or not your number is on the registry.

That's a good post. You see that phone number now and again but forget to save it.

Well telemarketing call can be very annoying and I agree with that but sometimes its not and sometimes you can get a jewel from it, if you know what i mean. Telemarketing people are also a person and every day they reach out for new or possible customers or clients in order to boost their sales that is why sometimes they are annoying. It is also good that there's a do not call registry. Learn more about  telemerkating here, Offshore Business Processing Contact Centre Solutions.
