I was put in touch with Kelli to help me find a home in AZ when I was relocated by my company and moving from PA. Kelli came highly recommended by other Associates in my company who had worked with her, and she did not disappoint. On the front end, Kelli put me in touch with some of her other clients in order to get some insight on schools in the area, as this was going to guide my home search. And this was really helpful.
Prior to my move date I traveled to AZ for a four-day house hunting trip, and Kelly coordinated visits to over a dozen homes the first two days. By Day 3 we narrowed it down to two homes and by the end of the weekend decided to make an offer on our home. This was a great deal of work to coordinate and Kelli did a wonderful job. It’s worth mentioning that when a medical emergency kept Kelli from meeting us on day one, her partner Melissa jumped right in and handled everything. No inconvenience at all on our behalf.
Kelli was able to provide us with the guidence we needed when our transaction hit a snag (appraisal), and she partnered successfully with the mortgage company to find a solution which got us into our home which we LOVE. In the days leading up to settlement Kelli was diligent in reviewing the settlement documents and caught a few things that I never would have. Altogether positive experience – I would recommend both Kelli & Melissa to any prospective buyer!

My family relocated earlier this year to Phoenix from Minnesota, as I accepted a new position with a company out here. I was originally referred to another Realtor, but after several frustrating encounters with him, I requested that my relo company provide me with a different reference, and along came Kelli. How lucky were we!
Kelli is an amazing Realtor. She knows this market incredibly well, and she makes it a priority to understand her clients’ needs to the nth degree. She often knew what I wanted before I even knew!
Our relo process was incredibly stressful in that I was in Phoenix for several months without my family, and then we went through some drama on a couple of early failed offers, as well as some speed bumps related to the house we are now living in. Kelli managed to keep me sane throughout the process, always made me feel like her top priority even when I knew she had so many other things going on, and was able to handle so much stuff behind the scenes that kept our house hunting and buying process moving along.
In addition, every single person I worked with via her referrals was top notch as well.
Kelli’s level of professionalism, relationship building skills, knowledge of the home buying and selling process, and honestly just her good heart, are beyond reproach.
Kelli’s colleague Melissa is equally awesome. She stepped in many times to help keep things moving, and helped me out with some things to get the new house move-in ready while I was out of the country right after closing.
I would highly recommend to anyone to work with Kelli and Melissa. I never had to worry about anything during our months of home searching and I know from firsthand experience that they treat all their clients as their top priorities. You will not find a better Realtor out there than Kelli Grant!
