Deep Pocket Sheets are great for every day mattresses - A Life's Lesson

OK- I am sure that I am the last to learn this great lesson. And it actually has nothing to do with real estate, but everything to do with my sanity. 

So, we have this queen size bed and I had this problem of the sheets coming up from the corners, no matter how well I tucked in the fitted sheet. During my parent's recent visit, they mentioned the same problem.  

To my defense, the sheets that were on the bed were a very nice name brand set. 

Anyways, during a conversation with my wise parents, they said, "Why don't you just get deep pocket (a.k.a. deep fitted) sheets?"  WOW!  What a great idea. I guess the thought never crossed my mind because the mattress was not a pillow top mattress.

So, off the store I went and bought a set.  YEAH! It works.  Who knew.  I have not had one problem with the sheets coming up on the corners of the bed.
