I wish I could say this was my idea but I probably saw it here on ActiveRain. My listing is in a one of the hottest areas and we are priced aggressively..... yet it is the second week of December, so after about 10 showings we got a positive feedback saying the buyer liked the unit but was making an offer on something down the street. I called the seller, explained the reverse offer and BOOM, we made the reverse offer. The buyer agent was a little stunned but spoke to his buyer and lo and behold today they offered 98.3% of list price. Happy Days.
